What’s the most important lesson you’ve learned in your career?

Success in whatever you do is never about one person, therefore invest in others and you will be successful. Leaders create more leaders, not followers.

What’s been your biggest success?

First my family, then being selected by your colleagues, peers and friends to lead our company.

Who have been the biggest mentors in your career?

I have been incredibly fortunate to have many people influence me in my life. I believe I can learn something from anyone, regardless of their stature.

What are your hopes for the Rochester community this year?

That we collectively work together to improve the lives of everyone in our community, especially those that have been left behind and need a helping hand.

What do you do to unplug in your free time?

I enjoy nature and love to cook.
