Excellus BlueCross BlueShield announces the appointment of James Reed as president and CEO-elect. He will succeed Christopher Booth in May 2021. Reed has been with the company since 1996, most recently serving as executive vice president of marketing and sales and regional president of the Central New York market. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an MBA from Le Moyne College.
