The Rochester Business Journal announced the winners of the 2020 Wealth of Health Awards during a virtual celebration Wednesday morning.
The event, which was sponsored by Excellus BlueCross BlueShield, allowed finalists and their supporters to come together from their homes or offices to learn about companies that are using their wellness programs to make the Rochester community healthier and more productive.
Companies, employees and others in the community shared their kudos for the finalists and winners leading up to and throughout the event on social media using #RBJEvents.
“While we are unable to come together in person to celebrate because of COVID-19, this event shows that we can still honor excellence in our community,” said Suzanne Fischer-Huettner, RBJ’s Group Publisher. “We are thrilled that so many people joined us online to celebrate the companies and individuals that are putting employee wellness first. And we are thankful for Excellus BlueCross Blue Shield’s support in making this event possible.”
