RBJ Reporter Diana Louise Carter talks with Glen Jeter, owner of the McDonald’s restaurant on Upper Falls Boulevard, about running his restaurant and the expansion of the Archways to Opportunity program at McDonald’s. The program offers educational incentives to help workers finish a high school diploma or embark on a college degree while working at the fast food chain.
