M&T Insurance Agency Inc. announces the hiring of Vincent Profetta as assistance vice president and Anthony Lutrario as vice president.

Profetta specializes in coverage analysis and workers compensation cost effectiveness. He obtained his B.A. in business administration from St. John Fisher College and his master’s from the Rochester Institute of Technology in accounting and finance.

As director of producer, training and development, Lutrario is responsible for new hire curriculum for workers compensation, general liability, property, automotive and umbrella policies.
