Tom Turner, CEO, FSI
We are pleased to announce the promotion of Tom Turner to Chief Executive Officer of FSI.
Tom’s 25-year tenure with FSI began as a co-op student at RIT. Following his graduation, he joined the organization full-time and has since played an instrumental role in shaping the company’s people, culture, and values.
Throughout his career, Tom has demonstrated a strong commitment to talent development, cross-functional collaboration, and upholding the principles that define FSI. In his new role as CEO, he will continue to lead with these values while guiding the organization’s strategic growth and positioning the company for long-term success.
Reflecting on his vision for the future, Tom noted, “As a Rochester-based company, we take great pride in our roots and remain optimistic about the opportunities ahead. Over the next decade, we will focus on building upon our momentum, expanding our capabilities, and ensuring FSI continues to be a place where individuals can build meaningful, long-term careers.
