Next Step opens second office

Next Step Education Group Inc. opened an office Wednesday at High Point Drive in Victor.

The office, across Route 96 from Eastview Mall, is home to the company’s NextStepU College, Career and Life Planning Center.

“Whether you are 16 or 60 years old, we want to help our clients find the right path to reach their full potential,” founder and CEO David Mammano said in a statement.

“If you have a plan in place—and especially if you don’t—the center will provide the guidance, information, preparation and direction needed to get you on track toward success.”

The company’s headquarters are on Main Street in the village of Victor.

Mammano launched Next Step magazine in 1995 and a website as a tool for high school students to plan for college and their careers.

NextStep Academy was launched in 2011 as an online life skills school.

“Enhancing the Next Step brand by adding retail locations supports our mission by providing our clients with a place to go for the specific, customized counsel they need to find their path,” Mammano said.
