Seneca Foods Corp.’s senior vice president and chief financial officer will retire April 13, a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission states.

Roland Breunig, 60, has served in the position since 2006. He was named company treasurer in 2007.

The terms of the separation agreement are being negotiated and Seneca Foods has started a search for Breunig’s replacement, the filing states.

Seneca Foods, a Marion, Wayne County-based food processor, ranked 30th on the most recent Rochester Business Journal list of manufacturers with 180 local workers.
