Tipping Point Media has hired Chelsy Vick as media assistant. She will assist the traditional and digital media teams with reporting, research and operations.

Victoria Mesko has joined Finger Lakes Medical Associates as a family nurse practitioner, while Judy Moore has been hired as a pediatric nurse practitioner.

Medical Motor Service has added Nolan Fraver as an account representative and Anne Phongsavat as a team leader in the office call center. Fraver previously was with Sutherland Global Services Inc. and in his new role will specialize in account management and serve as a liaison to clients and organizations. Phongsavat previously was with CP Rochester and in her new role will interact directly with clients and help oversee daily operations in the department.

Lisa Soscia has been named manager at Pilates Plus. She brings more than 15 years of experience to the position.

Reliant Community Credit Union has promoted Cara Davidson to assistant manager of the Newark branch. In her new role she will oversee the development of member relationships within the branch. She has been with the organization since 2007.

Nicholas Cappadonia has joined John Betlem Heating & Cooling as a service technician. He will be responsible for residential heating and air conditioning service.

Scott Mooney M.D. has joined the medical staffs of Geneva General Hospital and Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital, specializing in interventional radiology.

Epic Advisors Inc. has hired Carolyn Richardson as a sales consultant. Richardson brings 25 years of experience to the role.

Genesee Regional Bank announces the addition of Glen Didas as vice president and manager of residential lending. Didas brings 14 years of experience to the firm and previously owned Rochester Area Mortgage Services Inc.

Maplewood Nursing and Rehabilitation announces the appointment of Adil Culinovic as lead cook. Moriah Gerhard, Sarah Gould and Margaret Howell have been promoted to certified nursing assistants.

Jason Dobbs has been named a junior partner at Pardi Partnership Architects. He has been with the firm since 1999.

SentrySafe announces the addition of Scott Alread as a product manager. Alread will direct all product development and strategic planning for the gun and security safe product lines. Most recently he was employed at Crosman Corp. He brings more than 12 years of experience to the role.

Anson Eagley Jr. has been promoted to facilities supervisor at the Infotonics Technology Center. He has been with the company six years and previously served as facilities maintenance technician.

Five Star Bank has appointed Christopher Humphrey as assistant vice president. Humphrey will be responsible for performing credit underwriting and appraisal and environmental due diligence on commercial real estate. He joined the company in 2008.

Martino Flynn LLC has hired Matthew Weaver as an online media assistant. Weaver will provide ongoing support to the media team and will be responsible for response tracking, online campaign reporting, pay-per-click campaigns and online media research.

Dave Miller has joined Caldwell Manufacturing as director of supply chain. Jason Awad has been hired as director of engineering, while Jim Kellum has been appointed advanced engineering manager. Miller and Awad bring more than 20 years of experience to the roles. Kellum will be responsible for integrating sales, marketing and engineering strategies.

Bausch & Lomb Inc. has named Michael Rowe corporate vice president, human resources. Rowe most recently served as a senior consultant with Proteus International Inc.
