Messner Carpeting Rugs Flooring announces the following appointments: Patrick Fitzsimmons, warehouse coordinator; Katie Conolly, administrative accounting assistant; Jack Messner, commercial project manager; and Bob MacDonald, commercial salesperson.

Complemar Packaging & Fulfillment announces that Suzanne Owens has been named account executive. She will be responsible for sales activities, from lead generation through close, as well as activities related to maintaining and growing customer accounts. She previously was with Sigma Marketing Group.

Episcopal SeniorLife Communities announces the appointment of Jan Glende as admissions director for the Episcopal Church Home and Deborah LaCroix as executive director for Seabury Woods. Glende will be responsible for marketing and admissions for the facility and previously worked as the community relations director at Baywinde Senior Living Community. LaCroix will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility and brings 25 years of experience to the role.

Ann Marie Rotter has been named vice president in the Rochester office of Marsh, a unit of Marsh & McLennan Cos. Rotter will be responsible for the medical management, injury management and return-to-work aspects of the company’s workers’ compensation self-insured group trust business. She brings more than 25 years’ experience to the role.

LeChase Construction Services LLC announces that Mike Morgia, James Scheirer and Sean Hoban have been promoted to senior project managers. Morgia, who previously served as a project manager, brings more than 25 years’ experience to the role. Scheirer will be in charge of overseeing large hard-bid projects in the region. Hoban’s new responsibilities include the management of multiple projects, primarily in the process industrial field.

Christine Nobles has been promoted to lift line call center supervisor at Regional Transit Service. She previously served as a trapeze specialist and has been with the company since 1999. Her new responsibilities will include staff scheduling, payroll, monitoring overtime and being the trapeze pass administrator.

Jay Advertising Inc. has promoted Courtney Smith to management supervisor on its Raymour & Flanigan account. Tina Macri has been hired as an assistant account executive working on the First Niagara Bank account. Stephanie Adams has been promoted to proofreader/trafficking manager and has been with the firm for nine years. Stephanie Bell has been promoted to assistant account executive for the Raymour & Flanigan account. Peter Mott has been appointed as account supervisor handling the Buick, Pontiac, GMC and Chevrolet accounts. Kelly Monahan has been promoted to junior media planner. She joined the company in 2007.

The Pike Co. Inc. announces the appointment of Mauricio Riveros to vice president. Riveros will be responsible for ensuring the company’s policies and procedures are properly followed on construction projects and will assist project teams on the execution of their projects. Riveros brings more than 12 years of experience to the position.

L-3 Global Communications Solutions announces that Bob Jacobson has been promoted to executive vice president and general manager. He previously served as vice president of sales and programs.

Eagle Productivity Solutions announces the following staff appointments: Alex Tong, interactive developer, interactive media department; Jill Gardner, interactive media department; and Brian Kress, senior account executive, sales department. Tong previously was with Element K LLC, while Kress previously was a corporate trainer at Eagle Productivity.

Brow Diva announces that Julie Meyer has been appointed as project manager of the national product expansion and Amy Kocaoglu has been promoted to the assistant manager. Meyer will be responsible for new product development, financial and budgetary planning and staff training, and has been with the firm since 2005. Kocaoglu will oversee customer relations, scheduling and inventory management, and joined the company in 2006.

Phillips Lytle LLP has named Jacqueline Phipps Polito as partner. Polito concentrates her practice in the areas of labor and employment law and litigation.

Advantage Professionals announces that Laurie Enright has joined the company as a placement director in the financial placement division. Enright will specialize in permanent and contract recruiting for financial and accounting professionals. She brings 23 years of public/corporate accounting and recruiting experience to the position.

Rochester Financial Group, an office of MetLife Inc., has hired Nicholas Rook as a financial services representative.

Coldwell Banker Prime Properties Inc. has added Cheryl Brown and Jenna Hartt as sales associates at its Pittsford location.

Patricia Call has been hired as a mortgage loan originator with the Bank of Castile’s Avon office. Call brings nearly 20 years of experience in the mortgage lending field to the role. She will be responsible for mortgage origination, home equity lending and other services related to home financing.

Mark Cohen M.D. has been named chief of internal medicine for the Rochester region at Lifetime Health Medical Group. Cohen will supervise staff at four health centers and affiliated offices, as well as develop medical policy and clinical practice guidelines. He has been with the organization since 1994.

AIDS Community Health Center has hired William Schaefer as a physician assistant. He will be responsible for providing primary and specialty medical care to patients.

Lecesse Construction Co. announces that Geriann Alford and Casey Weig have joined the company as assistant project managers. They will focus their work in preconstruction.

Bausch & Lomb Inc. has named Flemming Ornskov M.D. as corporate vice president and global president, pharmaceuticals. He will be responsible for prescription ophthalmic pharmaceuticals and generics, as well as the general eye health and vitamins business.
