Sedgwick Business Interiors announces the promotion of Denise Edwards to senior designer. She has been with the company for nearly two years and brings five years’ experience to the position.

Nu-Look Collision Centers has hired David Berrios in its downtown location. His duties will include body and paint final preparation and quality control.

Bausch & Lomb Inc. has named De-Roy Bryant vice president of global sourcing and procurement. Bryant joined the company in 2004 and most recently serviced as executive director for North American procurement and led the supplier diversity and development program.

Bishop Kearney High School announces that Shannon Heller has been hired as vice principal. Heller previously served as principal of St. Michael School since 2004. Mark Wazowics has been named media director of the Mendick Media Arts Center and will teach a course in television production. He brings 15 years of experience to the position. Jon Boon has been hired as the school’s business teacher. Boon previously served as an adjunct professor at Monroe Community College.

Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel LLP announces that Andrew Scheinman has joined the firm as a partner in the intellectual property group. He concentrates his practice on advising life sciences companies, research scientists and medical centers on the legal and strategic business issues related to protection of intellectual property assets. He most recently was a patent attorney with Rosenbaum & Associates.

Roberts Communications Inc. has promoted Carrie Lewandowski to human resources supervisor. In her new role, Lewandowski will manage all matters related to human resources for the company, including facilitating the hiring process, planning and managing internal events and implementing new employee programs. She has been with the firm for two years.

Laura Johnson has joined Lifetime Health Medical Group as a massage therapist at the Perinton and Marion B. Folsom health centers. She previously worked privately as a massage therapist. Kristen Christian M.D. has transferred her pediatric practice to the Perinton health center and has joined Robin Yirinec M.D. in the pediatric practice. She has been with the medical group since 1999.

The Bonadio Group has hired Scherry Bracko as senior consultant in Bonadio Receivable Solutions LLC. Bracko will be responsible for managing cash recovery engagements and assisting in operation reviews for all categories of health care providers. She brings more than 19 years of billing and collections experience to the firm and previously worked as a senior consultant at Groenevelt Consulting Inc.
Dixon Schwabl Advertising Inc. announces the promotion of Jane Argenta and Kimberly Waver to vice presidents of the public relations department. Argenta and Waver will co-direct the overall growth and development of the advertising public relations team. They will oversee the planning and execution of client work, supervise and guide staff and develop and support all new public relations business initiatives. Argenta brings more than 20 years of experience to the role, while Waver has 10 years of experience.

Catalyst Direct Inc. announces that Michele Gennarino has joined the agency as account director on business-to-business accounts. She will be responsible for all direct-marketing initiatives as well as building and maintaining agency relationships with a variety of clients. Gennarino brings more than 14 years of strategic target marketing and brand-building experience to the position. Susan O’Connell has been hired as director of human resources. She will be responsible for all organizational and development initiatives, including staff welfare and enrichment, recruiting, hiring and retention, salary administration and performance measurement. O’Connell brings 14 years of human resources experience to the role.

Mengel, Metzger, Barr & Co. LLP announces the promotion of Catherine Blood to firm administrator. Blood will be responsible for supervising all firm administrative functions and managing firm bookkeeping. She also will coordinate firm events, handle human resources responsibilities and assist the firm’s partners with client affairs. She has been with the firm for 22 years.

Andrew Eilersten has joined New Homes Realty of Western NY LLC as a buyer’s representative.

Sharon Clarcq has joined Johnstone Supply as office manager for the Rochester and Syracuse stores. In her new role Clarcq will provide accounting and collections support.

E3 Technologies announces the appointment of Mark D’Arienzo as information technology manager and Arthur Miller as systems engineer. D’Arienzo will be responsible for developing and monitoring IT standards, service level agreements and support procedures of new and existing technology infrastructures. Miller will be responsible for projects that involve custom applications, Web development and programming.

Vicki Wilkins has been appointed outpatient rehabilitation manager for the Jewish Home of Rochester. Wilkins will manage the activities of the outpatient rehabilitation area and provide direct outpatient care. She also will work on program development and marketing of the home’s outpatient rehabilitation services. Wilkins brings more than 13 years’ experience as a therapist to the role.
