A March 12 article on the University Club of Rochester misstated the dates of the club’s founding and headquarters inauguration. The club was founded in 1909, and moved into its headquarters at 26 Broadway in 1929.
The Who’s Who in Health Care feature in the Health Care Services Directory on March 5 should have included Elisabeth Hager M.D., chairwoman of the Rochester Community Individual Practice Association Inc. Hager, 43, is a practicing psychiatrist who formerly served as chairwoman of psychiatry and behavioral health and director of hospital services for Unity Health System. She is chairwoman of the Master Patient Index Governance Council, treasurer of the Monroe County Medical Society, and recipient of the Ciba-Geigy Community Service Award for pairing elderly homeowners with medical student companions.
The Who’s Who feature on March 5 also misstated the awards and honors of Warren Hern, executive vice president and chief financial officer of Unity Health System. Hern did not fill out the awards and honors section of the survey.
Due to inaccurate information provided by Medeva Pharmaceuticals Inc., the March 12 list of manufacturers contained an error. Medeva’s work force is 100 percent non-union.
