Eric Steenburgh, a high-ranking executive at ITT Fluid Technology Corp. and 27-year Xerox Corp. veteran, has been named executive vice president and assistant chief operating officer at Eastman Kodak Co.
He will join Daniel Carp, president and COO, and Carl Kohrt, executive vice president and COO, as a member of Kodak’s Chief Operating Office.
Meanwhile, the company today said Kohrt will add the title of chief technical officer in September, when Senior Vice President and CTO James Meyer retires. Kohrt, now based in Hong Kong, has a doctoral degree in chemistry and for three years directed Kodak’s Photographic Research Laboratories for the Photographic Products Group.
At Xerox, Steenburgh held numerous senior management positions and helped the company win the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. In 1992, he became president and chief operating officer of Ricoh Co. Ltd.
Three years later, he joined Goulds Pumps Inc. as president of the Industrial Products Group. He joined ITT Industries when it acquired Goulds Pumps last year.
