Anna Mercado Clark, CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, FIP is a Partner at Phillips Lytle LLP where she leads the firm’s Data Security & Privacy and E-Discovery & Digital Forensics Practice Teams. As a former Assistant District Attorney, she also handles white collar criminal matters and investigations. She obtained her B.A. in Biology from Rutgers University and J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. She is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Fordham University School of Law. She is also a member of EDRM at Duke Law, a community of technical and legal professionals who create practical resources to improve e-discovery and information governance, including cross-border discovery in light of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

Mercado Clark has been awarded the following ANSI-accredited credentials by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP): Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E); Certified Information Privacy Professional for the U.S. Private Sector (CIPP/US); and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM). CIPP/E and CIPP/US are preeminent certifications for advanced concentration in European data protection laws and U.S. private-sector laws, standards and practices, respectively. The CIPM certification recognizes her ability to design, build and operate data privacy management programs that are compliant with privacy laws and regulations. She has also been designated as a Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP). The FIP designation signifies that she has demonstrated her comprehensive knowledge of privacy laws, privacy program management and essential data protection practices with significant data security and privacy experience in these areas. She is among a select group of individuals around the world who have received this designation.

Claire Farszmil has been with Lawley for over seven years, gaining experience in all lines of insurance such as commercial insurance, personal insurance, and marketing. She specializes in the management and marketing of specialty insurance such as management liability, cyber/network security, medical malpractice, and more. With her extensive insurance knowledge and outgoing personality, she provides great service to all of her customers.

At Lawley, Farszmil has served as a Commercial Insurance Account Associate, Claims Associate, Personal Insurance Claim Consultant, Captive Assistant/Marketing Assistant, Commercial Insurance Account Manager in the Small Business Department and, most recently, Specialty Insurance Account Manager and Marketer. She has her Small Business Coverage Specialist (SBCS) accreditation.

Farszmil is involved with the following industry organizations: NextGen, IIABNY, and Gamma Iota Sigma (Risk Management and Insurance Professional Fraternity). She has her BA in Management, with a concentration in Risk Management and Insurance, from Utica College.

Justin Pelletier is the director of the Cyber Range and Training Center in RIT’s Global Cybersecurity Institute. As a component of this work, he trains and leads student teams to perform security assessments for partner organizations. He also oversees cybersecurity competitions that bring together the top cyber talent from across the globe. As a Professor of Practice in the Department of Computing Security, Dr. Pelletier teaches at the undergraduate and graduate levels and helped to bring the Hacking for Defense initiative to RIT. He holds a Ph.D in Information Assurance and Security, an MBA in Entrepreneurship and a BS in Computer Science. He is also a combat veteran and currently serves as a major in the U.S. Army Reserve.

David Wolf, as vice president of Just Solutions, is a technology visionary and serial entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in the IT industry. He attended Rochester Institute of Technology and has a Master of Science from Roberts Wesleyan College. Wolf has achieved the highest industry security certifications of CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), and CCISO (Certified Chief Information Security Officer). He enjoys using his technical expertise to help fellow business owners get the most out of their IT. His previous experience includes positions as co-founder and President at Vivatron Corporation and a Senior Systems Analyst at Unisys, making him both the business and technology expert our loyal clients rely on.
