F. Paul Greene:

As chair of the Harter Secrest and Emery’s Privacy and Data Security practice group, F. Paul Greene, CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM, FIP, counsels clients of all sizes in a wide range of industries concerning all aspects of pre-breach preparation and risk management, including security and vulnerability assessments, policy and procedure review, breach response planning and drills, as well as board and management education on cyber risk issues.

After the breach, Greene, his team, and the team’s professional consultants provide a full array of breach coach and response services, including breach response and remediation, crisis management and communication, internal and governmental investigations, breach notification, and potential litigation or regulatory action.

Greene is a Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP), a Certified Information Privacy Professional for the United States (CIPP/US), a Certified Information Privacy Professional for Europe (CIPP/E), as well as a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) and a Ponemon Institute Distinguished Fellow. Reg Harnish:

Reg Harnish is a nationally recognized cybersecurity veteran, investor, board member, advisor, speaker, author and the CEO of OrbitalFire, a leading cybersecurity services provider focused on simplifying, automating and ultimately solving security challenges for the underserved – small businesses.

Harnish has been practicing cybersecurity for nearly two decades. His experiences, skills, and perspectives have established him as a highly respected thought leader in the industry and a nationally recognized speaker. He has presented at nearly every major industry and cybersecurity conference.

He is responsible for several successful ventures, including founder and former CEO of GreyCastle Security (partial acquisition in 2016), CTO at Autotask (acquisition by Vista Equity Partners and Datto in 2017), SynQuest (IPO in 2000 and acquisition by Viewlocity in 2002), and FunkyTalk.com (Internet venture with Kimbal Musk).

Harnish is a fellow of the National Cybersecurity Institute, a member of the Forbes Technology Council, a former executive vice president at the Center for Internet Security and a board advisor to numerous high-growth cybersecurity startups.

He has been featured in Time Magazine, Forbes, The Washington Post, CBS Nightly News, CIO Magazine, Dark Reading, Software Magazine, ComputerWorld, InfoWorld and other media outlets.

Michael R. Staszkiw:

Michael R. Staszkiw is a senior associate at Phillips Lytle LLP and a member of the firm’s Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Practice Team. He represents clients in a wide range of matters, including compliance with federal and state privacy laws.

From reviewing data processing agreements to drafting policies and procedures, he is known for his strategic approach to developing customized solutions that meet clients’ legal obligations while achieving their business needs. In particular, he has reviewed numerous data processing addenda for clients and assisted them in general data security compliance issues including drafting data protection policies and procedures, assisting in data incident response, and performing privacy and data security gap assessments.

Staszkiw is a highly skilled and knowledgeable attorney with a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). The CIPP is the global standard in privacy certification, demonstrating a commitment to staying up to date with the latest developments in the field of data privacy.

David Wolf:

David Wolf is a technology visionary and serial entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in the IT industry.

Wolf attended Rochester Institute of Technology and has a Master of Science from Roberts Wesleyan College. He has achieved the highest industry security certifications of CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), and CCISO (Certified Chief Information Security Officer).

He enjoys using his technical expertise to help fellow business owners get the most out of their IT. His previous experience includes positions as co-founder and president at Vivatron Corporation and a senior systems analyst at Unisys, making him both the business and technology expert our loyal clients rely on.
