Delta Sonic continuing Victor expansion plans with purchase of motel property
Delta Sonic has completed the purchase of the independent Royal Inn motel along Route 96 in Victor, moving the Buffalo-based car wash company closer to a new retail location in Ontario County.
Documents filed with the Ontario County Clerk’s office on July 29 show Delta Sonic Car Wash Systems, Inc. paid $1.8 million to Dilip K. Patel for the property at 7463 State Route 96.
The company has been planning the construction of a Delta Sonic that will include a 10,257-square-foot car wash, 13,914-square-foot detailing building and 13,164-square-foot indoor vacuum building since last year.
Delta Sonic already secured the adjacent property, around 15,000 square feet at 7473 State Route 96, from FX Net Lease Holdings, LLC of Brighton in April for $2 million.
Officials for Delta Sonic did not respond to a request for comment.
