General Code announces the following promotions: Lynn Martin; Jeff Wight; Cristina LoVerde; Wayne Childs; Cathy Powers; and Patty Palmieri-Phelan.

Martin has been promoted to chief operations officer, responsible for overseeing the organization’s operations and strategic planning. She has been with the company since 2007.

Wight has been promoted to vice president of operations, overseeing the company’s codification operations, product development and software development teams. He has been with the company since 1994.

LoVerde has been promoted to vice president of client engagement. She manages the company’s client relationships, promotions and support strategies. She’s been with the company since 2008.

Childs has been promoted to director of business development, technical solutions. He focuses on the expansion and adoption of new technologies, partnerships and strategies. He has been with General Code since 2011.

Powers has been promoted to director of marketing & clients services. She works on all brand and marketing initiatives, as well as managing the client services department. She has been with the company for four years.

Palmieri-Phelan has been promoted to director of codification operations. She oversees the editorial, project management and publishing productions teams. She has been with the company since 1992.
