Barbara Clemons serves as LPL Financial Planner with ESL Investment Services. In this role, Clemons works with a broad mix of individuals, providing financial planning, retirement planning, estate planning, and general financial advice. A graduate of SUNY Fredonia with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Clemons has also earned several industry certifications, including Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Financial Consultant, Chartered Advisor for Senior Living conferred by The American College, Chartered Life Underwriter and Certified Trust and Financial Advisor. Clemons serves as a board member of with the Rochester Childfirst Network and Rochester Estate Planning Council. She also is an Adjunct Professor at St. John Fisher College and a member with the Financial Planning Association.
Jordan Eich is a Financial Consultant at Manning & Napier. In this capacity, he is responsible for coordinating all aspects of client relationships with Manning & Napier, with an emphasis in the Greater Rochester area. Jordan joined the firm in 2014 and has over seven years of experience with Manning & Napier in numerous capacities. Jordan earned his BS from Marist College. He currently holds Series 6 and 63 licenses.
Jarrett Felton is the CEO of Invessent. His Passion, Purpose, and Profession have been in alignment for over 16 years as an Investment Advisor. After working at Fortune 500 Corporations such as Merrill Lynch-Bank of America and MetLife, he recognized multiple opportunities to offer his clients a more boutique experience yet from a truly independent and fiduciary perspective. Felton received his B.S in Business Administration- Cum Laude, from the University of Potsdam. When not working, he enjoys sailing, flying, community outreach, and spending time with his dog Bear.
David P. Shaffer is a partner in the firm and a member of the Family Wealth and Estate Planning Department. He concentrates his practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Estate and Trust Administration, Asset Protection Planning, Long Term Care Planning, Medicaid Planning and Special Needs Planning. Shaffer was an adjunct professor in the Finance Department at St. John Fisher College, where he taught the Introduction to Estate Planning course, Spring 2021. He has lectured on estate planning, business succession planning, estate administration, asset protection, Medicaid planning and ethical considerations.
