David Brooks
David has been with ESL since 2012, after nearly 30 years with other financial institutions. As the Chief Lending Officer and Director of Banking Services, his responsibilities include overseeing Retail Banking (this includes ESL’s branch network and contact center operations), Mortgage Lending, Business and Commercial Banking, and Credit Management and Administration.
An advocate for giving back, David currently serves on the advisory board of Junior Achievement of Central and Upstate New York, and the board for the Monroe County Industrial Development Corporation where he sits on their loan committee. Previously, he served on the boards of Wilson Commencement Park, Greater Rochester Enterprise, and Fairport Baptist Home. David holds a B.A. in Accounting from Grove City College and a certificate from the University of Virginia’s Graduate School of Retail Bank Management.
Carmelie Diamond

Carmelie Diamond is a home-grown broker/owner living her dream of owning her own real estate company. Born and raised here in Rochester, she is one of seven children born from Haitian immigrant parents who traveled to this country to start a new life for their family. James P. Pronti
James P. Pronti is a Partner in the firm’s Real Estate Development and Finance Group. He concentrates his practice in real estate development, commercial leasing, commercial real estate, banking, finance, general business law and residential real estate. His specialization in the real estate and corporate area includes representing developers on a local and national basis in the acquisition, financing, development, and leasing of shopping centers, office parks, industrial and warehouse space and multi-family properties. Although the majority of his clients are developers, Mr. Pronti also represents lenders in financing transactions and tenants in commercial leasing transactions. He also has experience in joint ventures, sale/leaseback transactions, syndications, defeasances and tax deferred exchanges.
