Zachary Armstrong, vice president, financial advisor, Sage Rutty

Zachary Armstrong works with clients on numerous issues including, but not limited to, making investment recommendations, assisting with insurance needs planning, and putting a plan in place for college savings. Zach also spends much of his time specializing in providing personal retirement planning and projections for his clients. Overall, he aims to deliver solutions for all of his clients’ financial planning needs. In addition to his Certified Financial Planner® designation, Zach also holds his Series 7 and 66 licenses as well as Life, Accident, and Health Insurance. He is a graduate of the University of Rochester.

 

Anna Mercado Clark, CIPP/E, CIPP/US, partner, Phillips Lytle LLP

Anna Mercado Clark is a Partner at Phillips Lytle LLP where she leads the firm’s Data Security and Privacy and e-Discovery and Digital Forensics Teams.  As a former Assistant District Attorney, she also handles white collar criminal matters and investigations. She obtained her B.A. in Biology from Rutgers University and J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. Anna is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Fordham University School of Law. She is also a member of EDRM at Duke Law, a community of technical and legal professionals who create practical resources to improve e-Discovery and information governance, including cross-border discovery in light of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

Anna has been awarded the following ANSI-accredited credentials by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP): Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) and Certified Information Privacy Professional for the U.S. Private Sector (CIPP/US), preeminent certifications for advanced concentration in European data protection laws and U.S. private-sector laws, standards and practices, respectively.

Sitima Fowler, co-founder and vice president of marketing, Iconic IT

Sitima Fowler, Co-Founder and VP of Marketing for Iconic IT, holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a master’s degree from RIT in Management and Leadership. Prior to her current position, Sitima was the co-CEO of Capstone IT, one of four MSPs that merged in 2019 to form Iconic IT.

Sitima emigrated from India with her parents when she was in the sixth grade. Her family struggled in their early years in the United States; their lifestyle lit a fire in Sitima that remains her driving force in her desire to succeed as a business leader and as a mentor.

Sitima’s passion has been securing and improving small and medium organizations with proper technology solutions with an emphasis on customer service. She is a professional speaker on a wide variety of topics including cybersecurity, sales and marketing, and business strategies. The recipient of the Rochester, New York, USA’s 2015 Small Businessperson of the Year and a finalist for the 2018 Athena Award, Sitima is the founder of the #GetCyberChic initiative, whose goal is to inform female business leaders about online safety.

Sitima’s secret passion is cooking, and she teaches a weekly class where she shares her recipes and shows her students the joys of preparing Indian dishes.

David Wolf, vice president, Just Solutions Inc.

As the Vice President, David Wolf is a technology visionary and serial entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in the IT industry. David attended the Rochester Institute of Technology and has a Master of Science from Roberts Wesleyan College. David has achieved the highest industry security certifications of CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), and CCISO (Certified Chief Information Security Officer). He enjoys using his technical expertise to help fellow business owners get the most out of their IT. His previous experience includes positions as co-founder and President at Vivatron Corporation and a Senior Systems Analyst at Unisys, making him both the business and technology expert our loyal clients rely on.
