Home Leasing has completed the purchase of the corner building at East Main Street and North Clinton Avenue, which will be part of The Mayflower development (file photo by Kevin Oklobzija).

Once a bustling center of commerce, the northwest corner of East Main Street and North Clinton Avenue for two decades or more has been a collection of blighted buildings begging for demolition or rebirth.
