Rochester Business Journal publishes every Friday and Legal Notices advertising is included in every issue.  All legal notice advertising appears in print and online.  The deadline for legal notices is noon on Tuesday prior to the first run. Legal notices are $1 per agate line for each week they are published. In addition, at the end of publication, there is a charge of $10 for each affidavit requested.  Someone on our public notice team will contact you to confirm the start date and the cost of the Legal Notice, as well as send a proof prior to publishing.
