Tammy Wilkes is a seasoned Human Resources professional. Having begun her career at Conde Nast Publications in New York City, she then spent over a decade as the Human Interest Director at Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising before joining Mirror Show Management (MSM) in 2005. As Vice President of Human Resources, Tammy is solely responsible for MSM’s recruiting, employee benefits, and retention programs.
Tammy’s passion lies in talent acquisition; developing employee programs that strengthen the organization’s culture, while supporting talent recruitment and retention. Programs she has developed include Live Great, a program focused on promoting employee wellness, Give Great, a program focused on community wellness and giving back, and an internal training and advancement program called Learn Great. During her tenure, the organization has been recognized as a Rochester Top Workplace for six years running, just one of a handful of organizations to achieve this accolade since the program’s inception.
Tammy is an active advocate of women in business and supporter of the Rochester community. Through MSM’s Give Great Program, she encourages participation at all levels in the organization which has resulted in nearly $50,000 raised for local organizations’ fundraising programs, such as the United Way. Tammy has also served on the Bivona Child Advocacy Event Committee, the YWCA “Stand Against Raciscm” Committee and most recently, the Willow Domestic Violence Center HR Committee.
