Lauren Gallina

lauren-gallinaBorn and raised in Rochester, Lauren went to Loyola University in Maryland for a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a specialization in Advertising.  In 2015, Lauren went back to graduate school and completed the Executive MBA program at the University of Rochester’s Simon Business School in 2017.

After a few years of working in the advertising industry after undergrad, Lauren found herself drawn back to work in the family real estate business.  Now the Marketing Director for Gallina Development, Lauren takes great pride in her work with her family and feels fortunate to spend every day with them.  Lauren oversees marketing and public relations for the entire Gallina Development portfolio, including The Metropolitan and Total Sports Experience.

At a young age, Lauren was taught that spending time helping others was an important part of belonging to a community.  Because of this, Lauren spends much of her free time volunteering with several not for profit organizations, including the Landmark Society, The Center for Youth, The Center for Teen Empowerment, and Leadership Rochester.  Lauren, along with her parents and brothers, were the first family of campaign chairs for the United Way’s Annual Campaign in 2019.

Lauren completed Leadership Rochester in the Class of 2015, was named a Rochester Business Journal Forty Under Forty recipient in 2016, was featured in the Rochester Business Journal’s Fast Start, was a Rochester Business Alliance Women’s Council ATHENA Young Professional Award Finalist in 2016 and was named a Woman to Watch from the Democrat & Chronicle in 2015.  Lauren lives in the Park Avenue neighborhood, enjoys time at home with friends and family, loves traveling as much as possible, and enjoys working out and creating pottery.
