How can I or my organization be considered for the Health Care Achievement award?
While anyone can nominate, we recommend nominations come from a senior leader in the organization. You can fill out the online form come December, which will be found on the Health Care Achievement Award landing page. At least one letter of recommendation is required.
Can I save the nomination or application forms while I’m working on them?
Unfortunately you cannot at the moment, but we’re working to fix that. In the meantime, we suggest either filling out the forms on a separate sheet of paper first or be prepared to spend some time on the forms.
What are thee judges looking for when selecting the Health Care Achievement Honorees?
It is essential that the candidate or organization has made a significant impact on health care in the Greater Rochester Area. It is helpful to have at least one letter of recommendation from someone that can speak to this.
Should I have a letter of recommendation sent?
Letters of recommendation are required for our judges to make their decisions. Up to 3 letters of recommendations can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. The letter will be paired to your application when it is received.
