Complete this form to nominate an individual for the Rochester Business Journal’s 2023 Financial Leaders Awards.

Please know that all fields are required.

To be considered for this award each nominee must complete an application. Each nominee has the opportunity to submit up to three letters of reference. These should be sent to [email protected] by the application deadline of March 29, 2023. The only information included in the judging packet will be a nomination, application and up to three letters of reference in PDF format.

Once the nomination form is submitted, an email will be sent to your nominee with the application link. The application must be completed by the nominee to be considered for Financial Leaders.

To be eligible for this award, the nominee must live in or work in the Rochester region at the time of judging. Honorees for this award are chosen by a panel of judges including past honorees and representatives from Rochester Business Journal and the Rochester chapter of Financial Executives International.

Nominations must be submitted by March 15, 2023.
