Patrick L. Jackman
Patrick L. Jackman is the Founder and Principle Training Consultant of The Jackman Group LLC, a national training and development organization that specializes in training and development for corporate, small business, education, faith-based and not-for-profit markets. Patrick is responsible for the company’s vision, operations and client leadership training and development.
With over 20 years of experience working with national companies, top executives, faith-based organizations and its leadership, Patrick is passionate in his approach to leadership development and training.
Known for his passion, enthusiasm and positive outlook, Patrick is a leader, coach, mentor, experienced trainer and facilitator. He is passionate about assisting individuals to achieve their full potential. His passion originates from his faith, his family, his love of people and the interaction that ensues with varying personalities. Patrick believes it’s not about him but the success of those he teaches, coaches, mentors and develops — and that’s what drives him every day.
Previously, Patrick held training and development leadership roles at Nextel Partners and Clearwire. In both roles he led teams of sales and leadership trainers across the country, first as the National Training Manager at Nextel Partners and National Training and Implementation Manager with Clearwire.
Most recently, Patrick and his team were responsible for hosting the first annual Man to Man: The Candid Conversation Conference, in Rochester NY. Its goal is to empower, educate and encourage all men to thrive educationally, physically, financially and emotionally, regardless of background or ethnicity.
Patrick is a member and ordained Elder at New Life Fellowship Church and has served in many leadership roles. He currently serves as Board Chair of the Executive Board.
Patrick also believes in giving back to the community. He is a board member of Goodwill of the Finger Lakes serving on both Planning and Nominating committees. Patrick is also active in the Brockport community, serving as a boy’s youth soccer coach in both recreational and travel soccer for the past 8 years. In 2014, he was awarded New York State West Youth Soccer Association Boys’ Recreational Coach of the Year.
