Jessica Millan joined Edward Jones, a Fortune 500 company with 45,000 employees, in November of 2010 as a financial advisor. She was invited to become a limited partner of the firm in 2018. Her mission in providing guided financial advice is to inspire her clients one appointment, one check-in, one conversation at a time in order to transform their lives. She has served in numerous leadership positions at Edward Jones including Mentor, Field Trainer, Asset Sharing Ambassador, and Women Inclusion Leader. Currently, as Area WINGS Leader, she is trailblazing inclusion and diversity by leading over 1,000 branch teams from upstate NY down to NJ, empowering them to create an inclusive workplace all the while attracting diverse talent.
Jessica has served in a variety of roles within the pharmaceutical industry for both Sanofi-Aventis as well as Bausch and Lomb. She has experience in Sales, R&D, and Quality Control. She achieved her Bachelor’s Degree from St. John Fisher and is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree at Roberts Wesleyan College in Strategic Leadership.
Jessica currently serves as an active board member for the Gates Chili Chamber of Commerce. She is also on the YWCA Investment Committee. Annually she builds a home with the Women Build Habitat for Humanity Team. Jessica has spent and continues to spend many hours in her local community serving as an educator on financial topics at establishments offering adult education through libraries, community centers, school districts, health insurance companies, and YMCAs.
Jessica is married with two biological children and two bonus boys. She enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, and creating the change she wants to see in the world.
