Mission:
Best Places To Work For DEI is a survey competition to determine which participants are providing a workplace focused on making all staff welcome and adhering to DEI best practices. The selection process is managed by Best Companies Group (BCG) and honorees are recognized by the Rochester Business Journal and Best Companies Group. The application process includes two surveys to gather detailed data about each participating company. BCG conducts the surveys, analyzes the data and determines the honorees.
Format:
Best Places To Work For DEI will recognize organizations in Western and Central New York and the Finger Lakes Region for their leadership in DEI efforts. Each honoree will be celebrated in the print edition and online at RBJ.net on September 30. Honorees will be highlighted in a special DEI Summit on October 6 to share their efforts and lessons learned to create a company focused on retention, recruitment, culture and overall success through DEI strategies.
