Mr. DiLeo brings his 25+ years of experience serving companies at various stages of their life cycles – from large public companies to emerging growth companies.  Prior to his current role, he worked in Deloitte’s National Office for over 10 years formulating policies and liaising with regulators and standard-setters; gained significant experience in SEC reporting – particularly related to registration statements, periodic filings, and SEC comment letters; and he specializes in technical accounting and financial reporting matters – notably, revenue recognition, accounting for leases, and financial statement classification matters. Joe also serves as the diversity, equity, and inclusion leader for the Upstate NY practice and is active in local recruiting and community activities.

Deborah Pawlowski is a proven entrepreneurial business leader with more than thirty years’ experience in investor relations, capital markets, marketing, strategic planning, leadership coaching and management.  Ms. Pawlowski has a demonstrated track record of success with communication deployments of successful strategic shifts, market perception alignments, crisis management, and capital raises. Her experience base comes from both the corporate perspective, while leading the investor relations program at National Fuel Gas Company (NFG), a diversified energy company, and American Precision Industries Inc., a diversified manufacturing company, and as a consultant with more than twenty years as founder of Kei Advisors LLC. She is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, where she received her B.S. in General Engineering. She received her M.B.A. from the University at Buffalo, The State University of New York.

Prior to joining Maxim, Mr. Veera was a Vice President at Provident group, a mid-market Investment bank serving emerging growth sectors. Prior to that, he was a VP at Rodman &Renshaw, where he spearheaded the India initiative and was instrumental in originating and closing several deals across sectors. In his tenure, he has managed over $5 billion in corporate finance transaction. He holds an MBA from the Baruch College and holds a BBA from Mumbai University.
