With 26,000 square feet of co-working space for artistic talent, Made on State is an incubator for creativity.
The former home of Rochester Welding at 510 State St. in Rochester was converted in 2016 into a collaborative environment for entrepreneurs who possess an eye and mind for arts of all sorts.
The building provides economically sustainable studio space for artisans to work and create, but areas of collaborations are abundant, so ideas can be shared and nurtured.
Artists have their own dedicated space and can take advantage of common areas to discuss ideas, make professional presentations and host events for the public.
A supportive atmosphere and ease of collaboration helps boost the creative spirit and fosters a drive for greater achievement.
Located in Rochester’s High Falls District, Made on State has a unique layout that makes it an ideal location for hosting events. In the center of the space is a large common area. Different groups within the community will often utilize this space for events and meetings. Supporting the community and acting as a resource is something Made on State is committed to doing.
Webster Properties developed the space, and many artists have contributed touches.
