Studio 180 is an event space that boosts an eclectic mix of styles serving an eclectic mix of uses.
It is a versatile enough space that you could have a ceremony, dinner and dance party all in the same space.
Studio 180, at 170 St. Paul St., is a ground floor, private event space that has the feel of a New York City loft. There are beautiful exposed bricks, oak timbers, original maple hardwood floors and 20-foot beamed ceilings.
The building housing this unique space was created in the early 1920s and was repurposed into its current use in 2014. It is centrally located in the historic St. Paul Quarter, in easy walking distance from the major downtown hotels, making it a good fit for events like weddings that bring in out-of-town guests.
Its 2,800 square feet can comfortably seat 106 for dinner and host up to 160 for a cocktail-style event. Mid-size weddings are one of its main uses, but it is also a fitting space for corporate events, or baby or bridal showers. Catering is available from a few of the area’s finest catering chefs. Good natural light, air conditioning, a vintage house sound system and available private parking help round out the venue’s benefits.
John Larkin and Deb Standing are the designers, coordinators and hosts who make Studio 180’s disparate elements work for whatever you have planned.
