Kodak’s third-quarter loss widens, cash balance shrinks

Shares of Eastman Kodak Co. stock fell some 10 percent at midday after the company posted a larger than expected third-quarter loss, and said it burned through more than $189 million in cash during the quarter. The stock closed at $1.12 a share, down 8 cents or more than 6.5 percent.
