Lawley expands Rochester presence through merger with ROC Insurance Services

The merger, which went into effect Sept. 1, strengthens Lawley’s presence in the Rochester region, marking the firm’s 19th location and expanding its footprint across upstate New York.
Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Rochester, ROC Insurance Services has built a reputation for excellence in Medicare and individual health insurance. Known for providing objective advice, simplified plan comparisons and personalized guidance, ROC’s 13-member team will now join Lawley’s network of more than 600 associates nationwide.
The merger comes at a pivotal time as Medicare’s busiest enrollment season begins. With ROC’s specialized expertise and Lawley’s broad resources, the combined team — now known as Lawley ROC Insurance Services — will be positioned to help clients navigate Medicare options with confidence and ease, leaders there said.
