Developers of a residential community within the HighPoint business park in Victor now intend to create for-sale townhomes as part of the project.
Commercial Street Partners is scheduled to present the latest plans for the Woods at Valentown to the town of Victor Planning Board on Tuesday.
Originally approved in 2018 and then extended in 2022, the residential community was to have 294 apartments within 14 three-story buildings on the 56.8-acre plot.
The developer now wants to convert one section of the plan into 71 for-sale townhomes. Each townhome would be two stories, ranging in size from 1,500 square feet to 2,200 square feet, town documents show.
The revision reduces the total number of units in the development from 294 to 255. There would be one four-story apartment building with 100 units and two three-story buildings each housing 42 units.
The Victor Town Board approved the application as complete in July and referred the proposal to the town and county planning boards.
