With development opportunities continuing to grow in North Carolina’s Research Triangle region, Rochester-based Park Grove Realty is opening an office in Raleigh.
Andy Bodewes, partner and co-founder of Park Grove, will relocate to Raleigh to facilitate the expansion.
Launched in 2015 by Bodewes and Andrew Crossed, Park Grove Realty brought together more than 50 years of experience in real estate acquisition, development, management and ownership.
The firm specializes in multifamily, mixed-use and commercial projects, with a focus on adaptive reuse and rehabilitation of historic buildings.
Park Grove in active with four multifamily developments in the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area in recent years and intends to become even more active. The portfolio The Ramsey, a recently completed a 241-unit luxury apartment building in the heart of Durham. The Pines at Wake Forest, a 99-unit luxury apartment community, is currently under construction and two other projects are in the approval process.
“We are excited about the growth opportunities in the Triangle area,” Bodewes said in a news release. “Our recent projects have been well-received, and we are committed to expanding our presence in this important market.”
Park Grove intends to target luxury multifamily developments along with affordable housing and medical office projects in New York, North Carolina and New Jersey.
