Institute for Caring partners with Freedom Works Foundation to prove effectiveness of CARING system
The Institute for Caring Inc. of Rochester has partnered with the FreedomWorks Foundation of Washington, DC to advance the local organization’s system of what its leaders call common-sense solutions to broken social and economic government programs.
The two entities are also focused on creating legislation to design and establish state pilot programs to prove the efficiency, effectiveness, practicality and compassion of the CARING System.
“We truly believe that the new and unique CARING System is the solution to poverty and the lack of access to quality-of-life services for the American people,” said Richard Kaplan, executive director of the institute. “At the same time, it will stop the terrible economic devastation of our debt and the catastrophic polarization of our people that are primarily caused by our current wasteful and failing social programs.”
Kaplan, a serial entrepreneur, is the author of CARING for Democracy: The American Fix. The book was published by the CARING Institute and is co-authored by Marcus Robinson, a noted author and consultant in the field of human development.
