What are the biggest challenges you see in your industry currently?
We continue to see a lack of adequate skilled labor throughout the areas we work which has dramatically impacted production rates. Although commodity pricing has stabilized, we are still experiencing cost increases related to labor and manufactured goods.
What are the most common concerns you hear from clients?
The most common concerns we hear from clients include items such as: difficulty obtaining financing for a variety of reasons, struggles with local utility companies meeting their project needs, and getting paid from their tenants in a timely manner.
How do you manage work/life balance?
Whenever possible my family participates in the community and volunteer activities that the Christa team is involved with. My kids also really enjoy visiting construction sites so we will frequent the jobsites during the weekend.
