A nearly century-old apartment building in Rochester’s 19th Ward has been sold, changing hands for the first time in 21 years.
Hua-Park Real Estate LLC paid $1.75 million for Brookview Apartments, a 30-unit property at 504 Brooks Ave. Andrew Jae-Min Park is the managing member of the LLC.
Brookstone Properties LLC, managed by Brian Moran, had owned the apartment building since 2002. The building was built in 1930, according to PropertyShark.com. The sales deed was filed with the Monroe County Clerk’s office on Monday.
Hua-Park Real Estate has been building a portfolio since last summer. The company bought 184-186 Middlesex Rd. in Rochester for $187,000 in August, paid $165,000 for 2053 E. Main St. in the city in April, and bought 25 Marlands Rd. in Gates for $220,300 earlier this month.
