Another economy hotel in the Rochester area has been sold.
The Microtel Inn by Wyndham at 905 Lehigh Station Road in Henrietta was purchased for $3,225,000 by PSM Rochester LLC. Vatsal Shah is the manager of the LLC.
The deed was filed on May 17 with the Monroe County Clerk’s office.
RNG Hospitality Corp. was the seller. RNG had owned the 98-room property since May of 2006, when it acquired the hotel from Essex Microtel Lehigh for $2.8 million.
Back in January, the 59-room Best Western The Inn at Rochester Airport at 395 Buell Rd. sold for $3.55 million to Kayatin of Rochester Inc., a Delaware-based company.
In February, a Queens County hotel group purchased the Motel 6 on Chili Avenue in Rochester. Khan Hospitality LLC of Flushing paid $3,550,000 for the two-story, 139-room motel at 1273 Chili Ave.
