Business advisory and CPA firm announces name change, new website
DKB has changed its name to DeJoy & Co. Advisors & CPAs. The business has also launched a redesigned website at teamdejoy.com.
“DeJoy & Co.’s new name embraces the strong foundation we’ve built over three decades while also reflecting the fine-tuning of our strategies for achieving an outstanding tomorrow – for the firm as well as for our clients,” said Christian Modesti, the firm’s president.
Earlier this year, the firm announced a new leadership structure that leaders there said better positioned the organization to continue providing high quality customer service in an increasingly dynamic market.
Under the new structure, David DeJoy, the firm’s co-founder, took the role of chair of the firm’s board of directors.
Additionally, Michael Cooke became managing partner – replacing DeJoy in the role – and Modesti was named president.
The new leadership structure – with Modesti spearheading strategy and operations while Cooke represents client and partner interests – has positioned the firm to focus more fully on client needs, while ensuring attention to the firm’s growth and strategic vision, and its ability to continue cultivating the teams necessary to deliver strong service and results, the company noted.
