Rochester-based voice and digital technology company Wilmac will be showcasing its Continuity Replay at Enterprise Connect 2023 this week in Orlando, Fla.
The Enterprise Information Archiving software enables customers to access call recording data, regardless of systems provider.
Most call recording vendors store customer calls in a proprietary format, making it difficult to access if the customer transitions to a different vendor, access a third-party platform or decommission a legacy system.
Wilmac’s Continuity Replay is able to extract data, convert it to an open file format and allow the customer to securely store call recording data, as well as providing the ability to search and replay it in a browser-based user format.
“We’ve been known as a reseller and managed service provider in this industry for a long time,” Wilmac president and CEO Stephen McDonnell said in a news release. “We know what customers want in this space, so we took the leap to invest in the development of our Continuity Replay solution. Enterprise Connect 2023 is a great opportunity for us to display it on a big stage and at the national level.”
Enterprise Connect is the leading conference and exhibition for enterprise communication and collaboration and runs today through Thursday.
