March 4 – The Uncorked and On Tap fundraising event celebrated all things food and fermentation while raising money for the RMSC. Dozens of local and regional beer, wine, spirit, and food vendors set up shop at the RMSC Museum & Science Center with tasting samples and products to purchase. Guests also learned more about the science behind food and beverage tasting, mixology, viticulture, brewing, distilling and more. This year’s event raised $45,000 with the help of presenting sponsor Vincent Associates.
