Strong National Museum of Play announces job fair in advance of completed expansion
The Strong National Museum of Play will hold its first-ever job fair from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday, March 13.
As The Strong gears up to open its 90,000-square-foot expansion this June, the museum is growing and looking to fill many roles.
They include guest services, environmental services, security, maintenance and ropes course operation.
Full-time and part-time schedules are available, including weekends only, with opportunities for year-round or summer employment.
“With the museum growing, it’s never been a better time to join the team that makes The Strong one of Rochester’s premier cultural institutions,” said Lauren Rothfuss, director of human resources. “The Strong is an organization that loves to play, and our mission is advanced by our talented staff.”
The job fair is open to anyone 16 years of age and older and interested participants must register in advance at www.museumofplay.org/job-fair/.
