Prospective small business owners and franchisees have another opportunity to learn what it takes to start and maintain a business, and if becoming a franchise owner is the right move.
The third Franchise ROC event will take place from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on March 7 at the Prayer House Church of God by Faith on 270 Cumberland St. The event also will be streamed live.
Speakers Willie Lightfoot, a local business owner and Rochester City Council member, Randy Henderson, former owner of Henderson Ford, and Angela LaVecchia, franchise consultant at FranNet, will share life experiences about owning a business for the first hour.
The second hour will provide networking opportunities with local financial and entrepreneurial support agencies.
For more information visit the organization’s Facebook page. The event will be streamed on the church website.
