January 26 —The Salvation Army of Greater Rochester held their “Gratitude Gathering,” an appreciation breakfast celebrating volunteers, donors and community partners who support the Salvation Army’s many services to our community. 80 attendees enjoyed presentations and awards at the Hyatt Regency Rochester. In 2022, TSA Rochester Area Services served over 10,000 people experiencing homelessness, hunger, addiction, and abuse across Monroe County.

Keynote speaker, Chief of Rochester Police Department, David M. Smith, shared a personal experience through The Salvation Army and his commitment to lead our city’s officers in community volunteering.
