Leadership changes at Rochester business advisory and CPA firm (access required)

DKB has implemented a new leadership structure that they say better positions the organization to continue providing high quality customer service in an increasingly dynamic market.  Under the new structure, David DeJoy, the firm’s co-founder, has been named incoming chair of the firm’s newly created board of directors. Additionally, Michael Cooke is becoming managing partner - replacing DeJoy in the role - and Christian Modesti has been named president.
