Bell & Spina has new owners
Bell & Spina Architects-Planners, PC has transitioned ownership from founding partner Dennis Spina to Neil W. Garry and Douglas K. Arena.
Arena will become president of the Syracuse-based firm. He joined Bell & Spina in 2012 and became partner in 2017.
Garry, who has been with the firm since 2010, becomes vice president and is the principal-in-charge of the Rochester office. The focus for much of his 25-year career has been the technical aspects of building envelope systems.
Bell & Spina specializes in the design and rehabilitation of building enclosures, with more than 35 years of experience in building envelope design, forensics and historic rehabilitation. The company is active in projects in New York as well as the northeast.
Spina will remain involved with the firm as a consultant.
