CPL announces that Zachery Frazier has joined the firm as an architectural technician; Christa Constantine has been hired as a project analyst; and Cece Martin joins the human resources team as talent acquisition manager. Frazier earned a Bachelor of Science in family and consumer studies from the University of Utah and completed several professional skills courses at Salt Lake Community College. Constantine earned MBA and bachelor’s degrees in accounting from St. John Fisher College. Martin earned a master’s degree in organizational learning and human resources development from Saint John Fisher College.
