What has been your organization’s biggest success over the past year?
Full implementation of the EPIC electronic health record across all eight hospitals.
What are your expectations for the rest of this year?
RRH is implementing system-wide quality and safety programs to engage the front line with local innovations, lean methods and patient satisfaction efforts.
What advice would you give somebody just starting out in your industry?
Health care is very rewarding profession. It requires a deep commitment and a willingness to make personal sacrifices.
What is one personal goal you have for the next year?
I am improving my mentoring and coaching skills
What are your favorite things about Rochester?
My family and I greatly enjoy living in Rochester. There is so much to enjoy including: restaurants, culture, lakes and schools.
